We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Operations & Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and on-site delivery of our exhibition. The contractor will work closely with the production, sales, fulfilment and venue teams to ensure the exhibition is delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with sponsor and partner commitments.
This role requires strong operational coordination, stakeholder management and on-site problem-solving skills.


PLEASE NOTE:  This position is open to candidates located in or near Copenhagen.  This is a fixed term contract role, with part-time hours to start and then ramping up to full-time hours closer to the event 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the exhibition operations from planning through to on-site delivery, including:
  • Editing and maintaining the exhibition floorplan.
  • Coordinating with the venue to ensure all exhibition and feature items are delivered as specified.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Fulfilment teams to ensure sponsor contracts and exhibition deliverables are executed accurately.
  • Liaise with the wider production team to ensure all exhibition floor signage is correct, approved and installed as planned.
  • Act as the primary operational contact with the venue and external suppliers on site, ensuring:
  • Timely delivery and installation of all exhibition elements.
  • Resolution of operational issues during build, live days and breakdown.
  • Coordinate and manage a small team of event volunteers, including:
  • Creating and managing schedules.
  • Assigning volunteers to appropriate roles.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for volunteers during the event.
  • Work with the production team to ensure volunteer logistics are delivered, including:
  • Hotel room bookings.
  • Uniform orders and distribution.
  • Support live event operations to ensure the exhibition runs smoothly and to a high professional standard.
Required Availability
  • Must be available to be on-site in Copenhagen from 17 to 22 May 2026.
  • Must be available for pre-event planning and coordination in the lead-up to the event.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing exhibitions, trade shows or large-scale live events.
  • Strong experience working with venues, production teams and external suppliers.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating floorplans, signage and exhibitor deliverables.
  • Confidence managing volunteers or temporary event staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live event environment and solving issues on site.
